Outside Sales / Account Executive

MetaLOGIC Design, a rapidly growing Internet marketing / website design firm based in the Chicago suburbs, is offering an opportunity for an Account Executive - outside sales professional. We are searching for an experienced sales professional to sell our Internet marketing, social media marketing, and website design services to businesses within an assigned geographic territory.
The ideal Account Executive must have a proven track record of delivering results, is a high energy individual, possess a positive attitude, and is a proven producer that demands the very best from themselves and others.
Our Account Executives/Outside Sales Representatives are geographically based and this role will be based in the Chicago suburbs. Local candidates only.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses a strong work ethic, is coachable, resilient, and a strong team player.
The ideal candidate will also have the following:
- Ability to cold call
- Excellent prospecting and new business development skills coupled with ability to cross-sell into client base
- Hunter mentality - tenacious prospector with ability to identify new opportunities and cultivate new client relationships
- Polished presentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to think outside the box
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed to meet and exceed individual goals
- Demonstrated ability to close deals
- Ability to expand new business opportunities in existing and new customer accounts within an assigned account territory
- Develop and implement territory-wide business and sales action plans to achieve sales quota in assigned territory by:
- Building a solid opportunity pipeline
- Efficiently qualifying prospects
- Establishing accurate sales forecasts
- Minimum 1-2 years of selling experience
- Proven track record of sales success
- Coachable and interested in learning
- Must possess a high level of energy with a positive attitude, and the ability to see the future and grow within the organization
- Become a trusted advisor to customers to generate future selling opportunities into the account
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Professional appearance and presentation required
- Excellent verbal and written skills
This position is an uncapped commissions opportunity. This is a 100% commission position with very competitive commissions, bonus, and residual commissions opportunities.
